A Quarterly Gathering Created Especially for Women

We’d love for you to join us on Saturday, October 25, 2025 for a morning designed to refresh your spirit and fill your heart. Doors open at  8:30 a.m. with coffee waiting just for you, followed by a cozy fall-inspired breakfast and a program from 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

This special event will be held at the Oyster River Restaurant at the top of the Marriott Resort & Spa— where gorgeous views, good food, and even better company set the tone for the day.

You’ll enjoy live music, heartfelt conversations, and meaningful connections. Our guest speaker, Donna Bosmeny, has led women’s conferences across the region and beyond. She’ll be sharing stories of serving as a chaplain on cruise ships, where she and her husband “share a seat at the table” with crew members below deck — and how those moments of connection can change lives.

This is a beautiful opportunity to pause, eat together, connect, and grow alongside other women.

Girls Night In is an organization that has monthly events to benefit a different Non-Profit organization each month.

In November, they plan to raise funds for Rooted & Connected to help us continue to strive towards our goals for 2025 – 2026.

The sound of crashing waves provides a soothing backdrop to voices as we share stories, laughter, and wisdom with one another. The salty breeze carries whispers of shared secrets and dreams, weaving a tapestry of trust and understanding among our kindred spirits. In this space, each woman’s voice is heard, valued, and respected. Here, we find refuge from the demands of daily life, finding solace in the presence of women who offer support, encouragement, and unconditional acceptance.

At some point in our lives, we women can all relate to the story of Esther. She was young and felt inadequate, fearful, unqualified, and unprepared for the road ahead. Even as we age, we still have those thoughts and feelings that hold us back from being or doing all we were created for.

Join us as we discover that, just like Esther, We are a Masterpiece in the Making!

Women spend most of their lives taking care of everyone else’s needs. At Selah we give you a “Time Out!” It’s a time set aside for you to unplug, relax, recharge and focus on mental, physical and spiritual recharging. From group times, massages, devotions, alone time to do whatever makes you happy( read a book, go biking, walk the beach etc…). You will come away refreshed and having connected to other women doing the same.

Girls Night Out is an organization that has monthly events to benefit a different Non-Profit organization each month. They are a community of like-minded, inspirational, empowering women who come together to encourage and support community organizations. There was great turn out for Rooted & Connected, with many new connections and funds raised.

Christmas 2023 Rooted & Connected was thrilled to adopt a single mom family. This Mom with two teenage boys was struggling after loosing most of their belongings from the pipes in the apartment above them breaking and flooding theirs.

Through the generous donations of donors, we were able to provide gifts for Mom and the boys, groceries and pay one months rent in their new apartment. It was such a blessing for all of us and delivering it all was a joy we won’t soon forget!

So fun to be back in our home state for our second Grandparents Legacy retreat!

Grandparenting is a labor of love and has the potential to leave a heart print on our grandkids. Some are blessed to live in the same town with their grandkids and some grandparent from a distance and so we all do it a little differently.

Learning new things from other grandma’s, sharing memories of our own grandparents and the things we have carried forward from them. And then in our closing session of the retreat we discussed the story from Ruth and Naomi and the unexpected joy of that precious grandchild!

The sweet conversation, the wonderful food, the words shared on video from these ladies grandkids all made for a priceless connection of friendship, and memories we will value for years to come.

Guardian Angels is a nonprofit organization that provides homes and provisions to families across the area that have taken in children who have been removed from their homes for safety reasons. These kids quite often leave with only the clothes on their back or a very small bag of personal items. From clothing, toothbrushes, hygiene products and paper and cleaning supplies, we were able to provide over $1,500 of items to assist them.

Butterfly Haven is a Non-Profit organization that provides a wide range of necessity, guidance, and encouragement to children (birth-teens) and the families who foster them in the St. Louis/St. Charles area. The shower raised over $8,000 worth of gifts, gift cards and furniture to restock their facilities.

We’re absolutely excited to team up with Gulf Coast Celebrations at the beautiful Marriot Hotel & Spa in Palmetto Florida!
